Much of our work is with maintenance agreements for homes and businesses; the advantage of having a maintenance plan is that we worry about changing filters and checking your systems for the upcoming season. This reduces the chance of an equipment failing during the heat of summer or cold of winter. If you end up having an issue, we do offer priority service to our maintenance contract customers. Better yet – you do not have to worry about it.

Our plumbers can deal with frozen pipes – while frozen and after thawing. We also have remote video inspection systems to evaluate a clogged or broken pipe. Xcel can certify backflow preventers as well.

Xcel Plumbing and Heating is AMAZING. We had ductless air installed at our home and were thrilled with their performance. Josh came out for the proposal; he was friendly, thorough, creative and accurate. We had other companies come out to give us proposals; they had no creativity, whatsoever, on where to put the compressor. Josh found the perfect location for it; it’s out of the way, aesthetically pleasing and in line with all of the heads. No other company had that idea.
The price was fair. The installers were fantastic. They were so respectful of our home. They were neat and clean and worked very efficiently: at the end of the day, no one could tell any “work” was being done, from how great they cleaned up. The job was done within the timeframe they gave us, there were no surprises with the price. We had a few concerns after the units were installed, they answered our questions right away. We highly recommend Xcel, I have already given their info out to several people.
