Looking for an experienced plumber with 5 – 10 year experience in new construction installations on multi-story, multifamily buildings. Projects are in northern and central NJ. Must be a team player who can successful install gas piping, rough work, and finish work on new construction projects. OSHA training is a plus. Some hand tools required. Benefits included paid holidays and vacation time; medical benefits will be supplemented. 

5 years’ experience with residential plumbing repairs; knowledge of flushometer repair and replacement; ability to troubleshoot issues.

HVAC Service Technician wanted for growing Service Department. Residential and Commercial Work in Northern and Central NJ. Five (5) years’ experience in service required. Experience with boilers, hydronic heating and mini-split systems a plus. Work is during the day with few on-call days per year. Mechanical/plumbing contractor looking for someone to assist in making ductwork out of sheet metal in our duct shop in Landing, NJ. We have all of the tools and will train the right worker. This person must also be able to drive a van and a box truck and to make deliveries to Northern and Central NJ job sites. Must have a clean driving record and experience driving routinely. CDL not necessary but a DOT Health Certification is required.  Two to three years of prior work experience in a warehouse required. Forklift and/or scissor lift certification a plus.
